Arbaclofen or arbaclofen placarbil or ARBaclofen or Ontinua ER is an investigational drug related to baclofen, it is being investigated for muscle spasticity (muscle spasms).[1] Arbaclofen is a GABA-B agonist, and is being investigated as a muscle relexant for multiple sclerosis.[2]
